Accepted Methods of Payment.  Visa, MC, and Paypal.


Shipping Time. Will vary depending upon production and processing time required for the particular product ordered. Most merchandise is available for immediate shipping, some products may require production time prior to shipping. After payment has been received, we will make every effort to ship your order within 1-3 days. Some products that require production may require additional time, in that event we will notify the customer involved. 


Shipping Methods.  DOMESTIC (US) Shipping Services offered include;  USPS PRIORITY MAIL as our primary shipping Service (2-3 days),  USPS PARCEL POST as a secondary service (2-9 days), and for Fast Deliver Service we also offer USPS EXPRESS MAIL (1 day to most US locations, check with us for verification prior to placing your order).

INTERNATIONAL Shipping Services offered include;  USPS GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL (4-6 days), and USPS AIRMAIL PARCEL POST (4-10 days).

ALL SERVICES LISTED ABOVE ARE AVAILABLE AT CUSTOMERS CHOICE.


Damaged Shipments. Please notified us by email immediately upon receipt of any damaged merchandise. We will make arrangements for replacement of damaged products and advise method to return damaged shipment


Return Merchandise Policy. Satisfaction is Guaranteed! A refund of initial cost of product(s) and the cost to return by USPS parcel post within 7 days of actual delivery date is offered. (see exception below) Initial shipping cost is not refundable. We must be contacted prior to any return, you will receive needed instructions to complete the return process. After merchandise has been receive back at our location, we will issue credit to your acccount. Exception - On any free freight promotion, should a return be requested the customer is responsible for the return cost.


Once a return is authorized  you should:

  1. Return the item to the address supplied to you. 
  2. Returns to be made by USPS PARCEL POST, within 7 days to insure credit for your return.  We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach the return address supplied.
  3. Keep your shipping records of proof of shipment in the event of loss.  

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned involving no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
